RED BEAN GUMBO FOR 2

Gumbo is GLUTEN FREE and makes 6 cups. I cook in chicken broth, add 1/2 pound sausage
and cooked chicken. It can be cooked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients: red beans, rice, spices.
